  Dedicated and passionate physician with an extraordinary achievement record, including a stellar academic background placed in the top five percent of his class. Currently working as a research investigator for Pharmaceuticals where he can apply his qualifications and work ethics to enhance and improve one life at a time with drugs that can possibly provide relief to patients. 

Dr. Betancourt is a board-certified doctor who specializes in psychiatry. He is highly experienced in handling and delivering clinical research-based medical services. Profound knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, clinical research and clinical terminology. Outstanding knowledge of FDA guidelines and international regulatory requirements. Familiarity with clinical trial preparation and drug development process.  

Disciplined and confident Physician with extensive experience in Hospital and Clinical Trials. Focus on patients, and strong background working with minority and low-income populations. Adept at diagnosing and treating diseases and illness with accuracy and timeliness. 

Proven ability to handle and guide staff through delicate care plans. 

Carlos Diaz is board-certified Physician Assistant with expertise in cardiology and specializes in psychiatry. He arrives at the site with a deep found of knowledge on a variety diseases and ailments. He has also studied on research practices and procedures. 

Eddy Marcial is a motivated, energetic, and professionally educated Doctor of Nursing Practices (DNP) with more than 20 years of experience in the medical field. He has a vast experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Experienced in research studies with a publication related to prevention of diabetic complications and dermatologic conditions.

Damarys Sacasa is an efficient and dedicated Nurse Practitioner devoted to her career and success. She works closely with physicians and patients that focus on trying and testing new drugs in order to improve quality of life. Ms. Sacasa has served as Sub-I, Study Coordinator and Rater.

Edgart Morfa is an efficient and dedicated Nurse Practitioner devoted to his career and success. He works closely with physicians and patients that focus on trying and testing new drugs in order to improve quality of life. He serves as one of our main Raters.

Gustavo Borjas is our designated Laboratory Technician/ Phlebotomist. He's worked in laboratory and hospital settings for over 10 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our site. He is devoted to the success of our facility. If necessary, he also satisfies the role of back-up Study Coordinator.

Yadiel Sanchez is an LPN with multiple years of patient care experience. Mr. Sanchez is well-rounded in a variety of modalities and is excellent in caring for a wide array of patients. He strives for success on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Sanchez is one of our Study Coordinator as well as Rater.

Yainet Jimenez is our designated pharmacy personnel. Her experience with handling and dispensing medications is accredited as she is a board-certified pharmacy technician. She's worked in a variety of different pharmacies before arriving at our site.

Marlisset Rodriguez is our designated regulatory personnel. She is tasked with making sure that all regulatory processes are met and that we remain in compliance. She is a Certified Behavioral Therapist as well as a Medical Assistant. Ms. Rodriguez can satisfy the role of back-up Study Coordinator if needed.

Alexander Garcia is one of our Medical Assistants but his main role in this clinic is to make sure that all data is entered in a timely manner and that it is entered correctly.
